Microsoft 365

We’ll set the subscription that’s right for our business.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a lot more…

Microsoft 365, formerly Microsoft Office 365, is considered to be software that is fundamental for the running of most businesses. Word, Excel and PowerPoint are the key apps that many businesses cannot do without. However, Microsoft 365 offers so much more than that. It offers cloud services, device management and can transform the way your team communicates.

It allows your employees to access files and applications not only on their desktop computers but on mobile devices too. It is licenced on a subscription basis so is ideal for small businesses as there is no initial outlay. The licencing is flexible and allows you to upgrade or downgrade your subscription as your business requires.

There are many different subscriptions to Microsoft 365. Depending on the size of your business or your requirements, we can advise you on the best option. As Microsoft silver partners, not only do we endorse this productivity suite, but we can install and manage it too. We’ll work with you to ensure that your data is seamlessly migrated from your existing system.

Microsoft Exchange

Microsoft Exchange stores and manages your emails in one central database. When used with Microsoft Outlook, it is an extremely powerful way to manage your email account. It is a far more professional solution than using POP, IMAP or free webmail solutions.

Because your emails are stored externally in a database, they can be accessed anywhere on any device. Unlike POP and IMAP which must be downloaded to your local machine. Whilst free email providers are useful and can be accessed anywhere, you have a lot more functionality with exchange emails. It is also a lot more professional to use your web domain for your email address, rather than free email providers.
